From The Bearded Gentleman: The Style Guide to Shaving Face, published by Arsenal Pulp Press in 2010.
How to achieve this style:
Shave your cheeks, upper lip, throat, and the area immediately below the lower lip. Leave intact the hair at the point of your chin and extending a short length along the jawline. Using a razor, form a defined edge that blends along the jawline into the thicker chin hair. Trim the beard to a short, blunt point. Look thoughtful and forlorn.
