THE EDITORS

I was extremely fortunate to attend a performance by Stan Rogers (just a few years before his very untimely death) at the University of Maryland. To be honest, prior to the concert I had not heard of Stan. Within seconds of the beginning of his show I was totally overwhelmed. His music filled the room, vibrated through and around us and created a musical experience I will never forget. Beyond the music, a bonus was the enthusiasm Stan exhibited for connecting with the audience and familiarizing us with his home country. Thank you, Stan.
