Commonwealth Prizes Nominees

Congratulations to Naomi Benaron, Vincent Lam and Eliza Robertson! These three Canadian writers have each been nominated for a 2013 Commonwealth Book or Short Story Prize.

Benaron's Running the Rift and Lam's The Headermaster's Wager are on the shortlist for best first novel.

Robertson's We Walked on Water is a nominee for best unpublished short fiction.

The Prizes, as part of the Commonwealth Writers, seek to promote the best new works of writing found across the Commonwealth, which spans 54 countries.
