Sunshine Chen works in planning, development and design. He started Storybuilders Inc., a company that uses photographs, video and audio to tell stories of people, places and organizations across Canada.

Karl Kessler is a researcher and writer in the heritage field. He and his wife have coordinated the annual architecture and heritage event Doors Open Waterloo Region since 2003. He lives in Waterloo, Ontario.
