Daphne Marlatt is a poet, novelist and theorist, author of more than twenty-five books of poetry, fiction and non-fiction. She became an editor of TISH in 1963, edited the Capilano Review from 1973 to 1976, co-edited Periodics from 1977 to 1981 (with Paul de Barros) and was a founding co-editor of Tessera, a feminist journal.
